We are at the point where federal immigration agents can descend on a space in the middle of the night, detain masses of people, and leave families scrambling to figure out where their loved ones were taken.

Kansas City woman passed away a month after she was found partially unclothed, bloodied, and beaten-

Katie Garcia (42) was found critically injured outside of her home on the morning of July 30.

On July 29, she finished up her shift as a massage therapist and returned to her home. According to her husband, the two said good night and then just after midnight the security system logged the back door opening at 12:11am. When her husband woke up the next morning, he found her outside on the lawn.

Katie was discovered unconscious and severely injured, bleeding, and stripped of her clothing from the waist down. Her husband called 911.

It was determined at the hospital that Katie’s BAC was roughly 5 times the legal limit at .400%.

Despite the fact that Katie was unclothed, a SA exam was not performed because she could not give consent. 😐 #missouri
