Betraying your trust equals lying, disloyalty, misleading, being sneaky, lack of communication, doing things behind your back, using you. Among other things.

A hidden agenda is a situation in which someone secretly tries to achieve a particular thing while they appear to be doing something else. Pay attention to people before they pull you into their gaslighting, stonewalling, and disinterest because you chose to not be used anymore.
