Running 42 km is extreme. Athletes prepare for years under professional supervision and medical support. As a working professional, you can't expect your heart & blood streams to withstand that physical stress.

Eat healthy, work out daily, and maintain a healthy BMI. That's what a normal working professional should aim for. Social media is creating a narrative that if you’re not running a marathon, you’re not healthy, never fall for that trap. Always know the limitations pf your body.

@EastCoastRail is leading the front by adding more railway lines for mineral evacuation, but there are no funds for the common, poor Odia people.

It looks like both @INCIndia and @BJP4India think Odisha is the Venezuela of India. The USA took all the natural resources from Venezuela and then showed them the middle finger; now, @PMOIndia is showing the same middle finger to Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.

This is exactly why I am bullish about India.

As I have keep saying, I am witnessing things that would have been considered impossible in the 90s.

When I was growing up, the default assumption was that every single thing in India is a shittier version of its foreign counterpart.

That is changing - bit by bit, piece by piece, product by product.

Here is a guy from Japan talking about how the metro in Pune is cleaner and quieter than the metro in Tokyo.

As India grows, the current Tier 2 cities will look and feel more developed than the current Tier 1 cities, as they are starting off cleaner and greener.

By the way, this is the Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) metro at 11PM.

Infinitely better than the Berlin metro at 11 PM.
