Early 2025 update on goal #3 for 2025! Not happening!! Will be going back to my original savings goal now that some things have fallen through. Target is 163% increase after paying off Vehicle and Student loans. Much more reasonable 😅

2024 YE Personal Finance Review:
2024 was another incredibly busy year. Just like last year, nothing goes according to plan but we still made great progress towards our goals. Some wins and some losses but heading in the right direction.

Personal finance goals for 2025:
1. Pay off vehicle loan
2. Pay off student loans by YE 2025 (2 years early)
3. Reach savings goal (+425%)🤣

Looking further ahead, 2026 I want to:
1. Double 529 contributions
2. Start IRA accounts for backdoor ROTH
3. Save for rental property

Also 2026/2027 I want to get my brokerage account funds back up and back to swing trading again.
