SN27 Compute - Update

We are excited to announce the release of Version 1.4.3, which will be available as per the following schedule:

Update Schedule:
- Date: Wednesday, May 29, 2024
- Time: 11:00 AM EST
- Note: Registrations will be temporarily closed following the update. The weights version will be set 24 hours after the update.

Features & Fixes:
- Validator Challenge Request Synchronization: Challenges will now be synchronized via block number, preventing competing challenges from multiple validators.
- Improved PoW Benchmark: The benchmark now uses a combination of difficulty and the number of simultaneous executed hashcat sessions, favoring multi-GPU setups and GPUs with more VRAM.
- API Load Reduction: The load on the wandb API has been reduced to minimize the chance of hitting the rate limit.
