@DrVangeison @jfitzgeraldMD Agree with what has been suggested. Must have good pelvic PT, internal and external, tush Cush or something like that. For refractory cases, coccyx trigger points, ganglion impar and caudal while doing PT. Also consider pain psych referral. Once all that is done, DRG or SCS.
