@realDonaldTrump Fannie Mae has become a woke joke. Real estate appraisers now have a list of about 300 adjectives (and growing) that are not allowed in real estate appraisals. Words like average, good, desirable, and it goes on. Appraisal Management companies steal 50% of their compensation .
