Paid top dollar for a @MySamsonite suitcase, which failed on first use with a broken lock, trapping essentials. Poor customer service and no refund, just hassle. Lock failed again later, ruining another trip. Utterly disappointed; advise against buying their products.
@VanFooBar I have exactly the same. My s5 came after a 2 month delay. After I put it together, unfortunately no motor support and boost button doesn't work either. Appointment in a partner workshop: first date 07September. another two months before i can drop it off. Great first impression
