@SouthwestAir misrepresented themselves. When you purchase the get away ticket and of course you will purchased that ticket.... customers are not aware, if you miss your flight you will not get refunded nor have a credit on your account!!!!!!!!

As a Rapid Reward customer for @SouthwestAir. When purchasing the get away tickets I was told I can’t get my refund due to a traffic jam at the airport that caused me to miss my flight. @SouthwestAir has lost a customer.

@SouthwestAir We still went to the airport, however we went directly to the security area because we didn’t have to check any bags, security was extremely busy for us to even attempt to make it..so we left the airport. Our flight was at 7:50 didn’t think or know if something was going out
