@pcneenaw @GoodSamApp In policing? We have it deployed to all officers (and more) across the 3 forces. We use it for all sorts, mostly video/media. Great app, great feedback from users, and has just undergone significant enhancement to add more functions for policing. Shout if you want any more info.

Just taken a call from a suicidal male, he didn’t know where he was other than he was on a bridge. Sent him a link via the @GoodSamApp, he clicked the link and I could see immediately where he was on my screen. Outstanding piece of kit. A unit was with him in minutes. #lifesaving

If the call handler feels it appropriate to use GoodSAM they will advise you on what you need to do, and talk you through the process - all whilst remaining on the phone with you.

Great to test the new feature within @GoodSamApp that allows emergency services to share live video and location from 999 callers between each other live time with 2 button clicks - meaning we can all benefit from critical information and co-ordinate the best response #innovation
