The Single Family Benchmark price in DEC moved up for the 2nd month in a row. Peak was APR 2022 at $1,131,800. The start of the pandemic, MAR 2020, was $667,700.

The Single Family Benchmark price in NOV popped back up over $1M this month to $1,013,400. So the drop below $1M last month to $983,300 was short-lived. Peak was APR 2022 at $1,131,800. The start of the pandemic, MAR 2020, was $667,700.
