Hello BC Music Educators!
As we head back to our schools next week, I know that we all have mixed feelings about seeing our students again. We want to make music with them, but we also want to be safe.
I want to thank you all, especially the BCMEA Executive Committee, for the amazing support as I venture into a new chapter in my life. I also want to thank you all for the amazing music education that is happening in your schools and school districts.
Hello BC Music Educators!
Happy New Year, and I hope you are all well & keeping safe.
As many of you know, all BC K-12 schools have a delayed start to January, and there have been many questions surrounding K-12 Music Education when the students return to the classroom.
It is always best to have the source documents readily available than to rely on word-of-mouth.
I know that this isn't the year we envisioned. However, safety for all our musicians and music teachers is paramount.
