@VerizonSupport is there someone that I can talk to to discuss the root of the problem which is the subcontractors being hired to bury lines are incompetent. This makes us want to leave @Verizon

@verizonfios you need to hire better subcontractors to bury lines. Between three houses our lines have been cut 6 times over the last month. This is unacceptable and your customer service is not helping solve the root of the problem.
