BJP seems to be desperate. It may take either of the two or both steps ons: 1. Its associates begin constructing Ram Mandir. IT HAS ITS OWN GOVERNMENT AND GOVERNOR IN U.P. Courts may permit pooja till the fate is decided. 2. Parcel out Jammu and Leh as separate states.
