LEEEEEAN! High schooler Roisin Willis comes *so* close to becoming the first high school girl ever to break 2 minutes in the 800m indoors, winning the first heat at the BU Valentine Invitiational in 2:00.06, a new HS record.
If I had to feel motivated to start a workout I would have done 23 workouts last year, not 230.
If I had to feel inspired to start writing, well, there'd be hardly any writing.
Just show up and get started. If you want to stop 20 minutes in, fine. But give yourself a chance.
