After months of member-led consultation, the Baltimore Student Union is issuing the following statement on our stances in the 2024 Democratic primary in May. /1
Many BSU leadership members are moving on to college and others have begun to focus on their own political endeavors. As such, we have decided to dissolve BSU and thank our allies, membership, and friends for all the work they’ve poured into us and this city.
After careful consideration from our Steering Committee, BSU has decided to officially dissolve our organization. We are proud of the work we’ve done to share information to students and encourage new advocates to join political spaces, but all good things must come to an end.

Our friends are on the ground right now helping Palestinians evacuate and really need the support https://t.co/hmfgEB95dN @hopkins4justice
The students of BSU are disappointed by the implementation of Evolv technology in schools, but we’re here to support you. Solidarity always.
