@SociousDAO Fully remote all the way, much better for the environment and work life balance. The lack of commute saving 2-3 hours a day alone which is better spent with friends & family.

@Vitality_UK I upgraded my account to get full health insurance. 26th May it started, it’s now 13th July and I still can’t log in and access my account or benefits. No response to emails, your twitter team do respond but just a case of wait for an email nearly 2 months of issues

@Vitality_UK I have already done this over a week ago (last Wednesday) and still no resolve for this issue. I can do so again if it’ll make a difference? Even HR have been in touch on my behalf with no reply to the point they’re refusing to pay now until it’s fixed.

Any email response I get is please email a different email with a’s to q’s, there’s no threads, very little reply no movement. I just had an issue fixed email within it it says if any other issues please contact us but the issue isn’t even fixed, what am I paying for here?
