Apparently one unalived himself in east cottage and another took cyanide and lay down in the long border 😳
Damn!
The succulents display on The Loudon Terrace @BhamBotanicalGd will be heading inside for winter soon. @beorma and helpers will have their work cut out.
Salvia dombeyi (giant Bolivian sage) is native to Peru and Bolivia. This has the largest known flowers of the salvia genus. Borderline hardy here in the midlands but slow to recover in summer, so best to take it in over winter.

The Garden Team have been busy beavering away in the garden this week. Ann has been planting in the old strawberry beds, Will has been keeping the plants well watered in the glasshouses and Fumiko has been planting gladioli in the Walled Garden!
