A Red Dress Alert System could easily share protocols and infrastructure with a national Silver Alert and existing Amber Alert systems.

@OntarioNorth We have a system that scanned police feeds, identified possible Silver Alerts, and would pre-fill an alert. Then the operator would approve or delete the alert, and send it out to hundreds of subscribers and via Twitter and Facebook.
