Vouch thread: If you’ve ever bought cards from me, please let others know about your experience so they’ll have some comfort in buying from me too. Thanks!
@Stryder_007@CameronA19899@CamCan72 I completely agree with the view that homosexuality is a grievous sin. That has nothing to do with my comment about using foul language.
@Minco2498@CameronA19899@CamCan72 Curse words are universally seen as obscene talk. There’s no moral gray area here. You are wrong because the Bible makes it quite clear.
@CameronA19899@CamCan72 I agree with you about the whole LGBTQ thing being a sin and not being something Christians should support - plenty of biblical evidence to support that stance. I am, however, rebuking your nonsensical comment that cursing is okay biblically, because it most certainly is not.
@CameronA19899@CamCan72 And if you don’t, here you go:
“From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.” -James 3:10
“But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.” -Colossians 3:8
@CameronA19899@CamCan72 Bro, as a fellow Christian, you’re making the rest of us look bad for this take on the language part of it. You know good and well what Scripture says about cursing/foul language.
@eric30_ Respectfully disagree. It’s the best spot for Gaglardi to line his pockets. There probably wasn’t a whole lot of additional consideration beyond that.
@eric30_ No one is discussing the economics of it. And frankly it’s not relevant to the discussion because the distribution of wealth goes west, too. Upper middle class is all over DFW, not just in Plano/Frisco.
@BSM1TH13@CardPurchaser Grading a 1/1 especially with no bulk/cheap option available is just throwing money down the drain. Sell or hold depending on how you feel about the player.
@NoMoreMisteaks Agreed it’s not tough to watch or follow the team with this move, but it is much tougher to actually get out to the arena to go to a game, which is why many of us are upset. And that’s a very big part of hockey fandom for lots of us.
@DFWSports88 The math doesn’t work. They are moving to an area that alienates far more people (Tarrant County, South Dallas, etc.) than it will attract (North Dallas). And there is much less of a chance of walk-up ticket sales because folks have to go a long way to do that.
