Throughout lockdown i’ve not had much going on and so I’ve been taking the opportunity to practice shooting as a way to get outside in the fresh air and also improve my skills🏐

This lockdown has been different for me as I have had to adapt my lifestyle as I injured myself not long before the third lockdown.
Today marks my longest walk since the initial injury. I find looking at a nice view really motivates me more☺️

The third lockdown has been a different for me - having placement, assignments and an exam has been stressful. But, I always make sure I get outside and get some steps in.
Make sure you’re getting out exercising at least once a day!!

It's been really hard to get used to home workouts, but this one is a real burner, plus all exercises are bodyweight which is ideal for those without equipment!💪🏼

I am currently on week 6 of my 8 week 5k training programme on the Nike Running Club app.🏃🏼♀️Today I did my longest run which wasn’t so easy but I made it through!
