Excited to be a Platinum sponsor yet again for @bctechdays with @BC_ALOps . And .. we have new things to announce by then - stay tuned!
Don't know what ALOps is? It's a set of building blocks, that makes it easy to set up @AzureDevOps for #msdyn365bc!
Eh? Move away from Azure DevOps? Like .. completely turn around your internal way of working? Give up the integrations? My people would kill me… 🙈
You can simply implement @BC_ALOps and stay with your trusted, familiar DevOps software and get OnPrem support as a bonus. 🤷🏻♂️
You want to set up your @AzureDevOps pipelines for #msdyn365bc easily, efficiently,.. and still being able to have full control over your own workflow - OnPrem AND SaaS - with AL specific tasks?
@BC_ALOps helps you focus on what matters!

Provide an OpenAPI description for ALL your #msdyn365bc (custom) APIs with our DevOps step "ALOpsOpenAPI"!
Latest release introduced a massive performance improvement!
@tobiasfenster @russkalz @ErikRijn@BC_ALOps has a DevOps step that creates the yaml as an artifact. You can deploy that to your swagger server, or simply use it in https://t.co/ePUq2CybCJ..
@freddydk@Jack_Mallender@myNAVblog@pborringms Coincidence, but it’s quite the target of @BC_ALOps as well ;-).
Give me an hour, and you’re set with pipelines for AL in DevOps on your existing repo 😉 - an hour more for deployment at OnPrem or SaaS customers.
For the untrained, it might take somewhat longer though ;-)
@waldo1001@freddydk@Jack_Mallender@myNAVblog@pborringms@BC_ALOps I can confirm this. We already had Azure DevOps in place for source control. After trying to create our PowerShell scripts we decided to try @BC_ALOps and within a day we where up-and-running! The extra features that ALOps bring to the table are a huge plus.
Sometimes fighting with Docker containers is a bother and frustrating, but with tools like BCContainerHelper and @BC_ALOps, it's amazing how much *can* be point & click.
Thanks, @waldo1001 and @freddydk.
This is absolutely one of the best features of @BC_ALOps!
For example a PTE with about ±500 objects takes less then a minute to compile with all the CodeCops enabled (and yes, also support for the custom Business Central LinterCop CodeCop)
