@HomeDepotCanada They eventually said they would pick up Monday morning, three days later, and were again a no show. Customer service line is impossible, no one answers the phone at the branch, terrible service.

@OC_Transpo I have had not one issue with the O-train so far. But I would like to say that the 88 bus route has got to be one of the worst in the city. With overcrowded buses that don't stop because they are already full, to poor scheduling. It is a daily problem. We need busses.
