A judge was asked in open court if the government could ban all beef production in Minnesota "to fight climate change."
His answer: legally, yes.

Let that sink in.

This isn't about cows.
It's about whether the state can erase an entire way of life if they claim it's "rationally related" to a policy goal.

Small farmers aren't protected.
Your food security isn't protected.
Deeply rooted American traditions—raising livestock, producing food, feeding communities—are treated as optional privileges, not rights.

If this precedent stands, it won't stop with beef: poultry, dairy, pork, family farms.

This case isn't fringe.
It's the legal framework being built quietly, right now.
