Chatting to the youngest & mentioned that she should start thinking about her autograph. She said she has been asked to sign tops, she is 9 & both take it all in their stride.

Clonakilty black pudding, prawns, lime & baguette, all BBQ'd.
Fresh greens - Lettuce, young Swiss chard & spinach from the yard, with a simple homemade dressing.
All very nice, especially the black pudding :)

The Pak Choi has bolted & gone to flower.
I will harvest, chop & freeze the leaves, but leave the flowers for the pollinators, especially the white butterflies that seem to like them.

Public roads will be closed just before practice races & the main races, where speeds of over 200 mph will be achieved.
Hope it stays dry & safe for the largest sporting event in Ireland.

48 slices of bacon cold smoked with Binevenagh mountain turf. Will be gifts along with cold smoked salt.
But I always do quality control so bacon for breakfast 😉

Marinaded, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar & white wine vinegar

Cooked from a cold start stainless steel to 55c internal
Rested, sliced

Side of kimchi, sliced red onion & chilli on the duck
Absolutely delicious 😋
