BREAKING: REAL LEADER! Prime Minister Mark Carney hits back HARD at Trump's pathetic "Lake America" renaming — says it will be Lake Ontario "then, now ⁠and ​always."

This is going to drive MAGA off a ledge...

"The name of Lake Ontario derives from the Wendat word 'Ontari’io', which means 'the lake is beautiful, the lake is great," Carney wrote on X in French.

"This name dates back more than 400 years, well before the Canadian Confederation and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America," he continued.

"We know that the United States is changing. Their trade relations, their foreign policy, their national monuments, their hydronyms," Carney added. "Canadian women and men also know that things must be called by their name, and this lake is called Lake Ontario – then, now ⁠and ​always."

As usual, Carney struck the perfect balance between firm confidence and restrained class. He also managed to slide in a great little trolling jab with his use of the word "hydronyms" because there's no way in hell Trump knows what it means. It means the names for bodies of water, so Carney is also referring to Trump's pathetic effort to rebrand the Gulf of Mexico into the "Gulf of America."

This entire story is a transparent attempt by Trump to distract from his failed Iran War and our teetering economy. He can't pass any legislation because he's too lazy to design any, so he's taken to scrawling on maps with a Sharpie.

Carney is right that Canadians will just continue to call it Lake Ontario, but so will most Americans. Only the most diehard MAGA cultists are on board with this asinine idea and Trump has no control over our words. When the next Democratic President is sworn in, they can undo this farce with the stroke of a pen.

BREAKING: Wall Street traders SHOCKED after Trump conducts nearly 4,000 stock trades in wild display of greed and corruption!

Fresh financial disclosures reveal that Donald Trump went on a massive stock-buying spree during the first three months of 2026, racking up thousands of transactions worth between $220 million and $750 million.

Among the companies he bought heavily into are a who’s who of giant companies including Meta, Boeing, Nvidia, Apple, Adobe, Proctor & Gamble, and Oracle, all of which are subject to heavy regulation and decisions by his own administration.

Particularly damning is the fact that Trump purchased millions of dollars worth of Oracle stock right around the time his administration was helping the company secure a major deal to keep TikTok operating in the United States.

Remember Donald “Drain the Swam” Trump, that oh-so-truthful Man of the People running for president? Well, it's no surprise he's been documented turning the presidency into a personal trading desk, buying and selling stocks in companies that have direct business before the federal government he controls.

The White House, as usual, had no real answer when asked about the blatant conflicts of interest.

But Donald K. Sherman, president of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, sure had one:
“Rather than avoiding transactions involving industries with business before his administration,” Sherman said. “Trump has prioritized serving himself at the expense of public trust once again.”

Corruption much? While Trump lectures everyone else about “America First,” he’s quietly making sure it's his own portfolio that comes first. Presidents are supposed to divest or put assets in blind trusts to avoid exactly this kind of self-dealing.

Trump doesn't give a crap about trading rules or any other rules. He’s not just profiting off the presidency, he’s openly selling it piecemeal to the highest bidders.

How on earth is Trump’s self-dealing and corruption not being stopped by some guardrail at some point? It is completely out of control. No one should be allowed to use the power of the presidency to line their own pockets.

Purtroppo lo ha detto. In presenza di un omicidio avvenuto in un appartamento, secondo la logica, si analizza immediatamente:
- il corpo della vittima (esteriormente e facendo attenzione a non alterare nulla;
- l’area immediatamente intorno alla vittima;
- qualsiasi cosa appaia fuori conteso;
- il bagno (per verificare se si può recuperare qualcosa dal water);
- la cucina con la sua spazzatura (per valutare se è possibile risalire a ciò che è accaduto nelle ultime ore)
Questo si fa nella prima mezz’ora. Non dopo 8 mesi o 18 anni.
Se ciò non è avvenuto, il responsabile delle indagini scientifiche del tempo avrebbe dovuto essere sollevato dall’incarico (di responsabile).
