Tuckers views are soaring, and Trump's support is falling through the floor. So many former Trump supporters, myself included, are furious with him. I voted for him 3 times and went to the capitol for him. But all the "never Trumpers" becoming MAGA is an obvious clue he's switched sides. He's broken every single promise he's made. He's Bibi Netanyahu's bitch, he clearly doesn't care about the American people, he's looting our tax dollars for himself and his family and enlarging, not shrinking the federal government. He's still supporting Ukraine. And he's not even delivering mass deportations, or even a wall. What a disappointment.

Dude, get a neutral lawyer to explain this shit to you. They say this because at this point PRE TRIAL it's not the time to dispute the validity of the evidence. They're arguing about whether evidence should be admitted. Then, if it is admitted, they will dispute it at trial. They have to say this because trying to argue the validity of the evidence at this point could get their motions denied.
