The cancellation policy states “if you choose to cancel or change your booking, no refunds” - but we haven’t CHOSEN to cancel, we are being forced to. This is so unfair.
How do they expect us to fulfil our accommodation obligations when they’re the ones who have taken away our means of getting there? We’ve been passed from pillar to post by a heap of unhelpful customer service employees, none of which want to help us whatsoever.
Never ever booking a holiday through @Ryanair or @Expedia ever again. Ryanair cancelled our flight, and are also refusing to refund our accommodation which we’d also booked with them (which we later found out was partnered with Expedia). #coronavirus#COVIDー19
@BDIBChat My biggest recommendation is to try everything that you want to blog about. That’s the only way to find what you really want to blog about and it helps you find what you like. #BDIB
