Very interesting: Seems the Russians might be building an operational deployment site for the Burevestnik nuclear powered cruise missile at the Vologda-20 nuclear warhead storage site.

The missile itself is unlikely to be ready for operational service.

The Final WC-135W Nuke Sniffer ☢️

Been revisiting the last shots I captured of a WC-135W with P&W TF33 turbofans, operating from RAF Mildenhall in 2022. After achieving 36,577 flight hours she was retired in September 2022.

Note the grease handprints left by MX on the engines!
