@bt_uk Following my previous message the error message has now changed. Still doesn't help because the BOT you get just suggests to change your password which makes everything worse! My next message will suggest a proper informative error message that they should use.

@bt_uk BT Mail is down (cannot log in) but what does this even mean anyway? Is that IT speak for 'we've messed it up and were sorry you can't log in'? Whatever happened to plain English?

@jonboy_103 @bt_uk authentication error here too. Whichever email account I use, whichever device I try to log in with. Only saving grace is iphone still seems to be connected to my BT email, so it is still working.

Nothing like a good answer to an honest question. You don’t need to bother now. It fits but it’s not ideal. Has to sit sideways because of the cables at the back.

@HalifaxBank Yes but I will have Halifax accounts and bank of Scotland accounts for the accounts that were opened at a branch 40 years ago in Scotland. Bit of a mess though.

@HalifaxBank Seriously? The Halifax bank account that I have held for what must be 40 plus years is being changed to a Bank of Scotland account, just because thats where it was opened all those years ago?
