This guy is 100% right. He is legally allowed to say the N word. But it is disrespectful especially when it’s a slur used against the race he is targeting. He walking around all day trying to instigate violence and when his instigating turns into a violent altercation he can be held liable.

This is why most the people who partake in this behavior do it cowardly behind a camera screen in their home. If they aren’t afraid of the people they are instigating they should be afraid of the law. If he made this same exact content but just kept it online he wouldn’t be in legal trouble.

But yes when you take it to public spaces and disrespect every person you come in contact with among a certain demographic and it then leads to a violent altercation it’s very obvious you shouldn’t be able to walk free for a while until you mature enough to find more productive things to do.

He was warned the day prior as well by the feds but him and his low iq fanbase thought they were warning him not to say the N word. But they were just asking him to be respectful in public. At home he can say whatever he wants.

He will go to prison and it’s not because of a specific word it’s because he was going out his way to instigate violence and disrespect people to their face all day targeting only a specific group to disrespect. When you instigate multiple situations that turns violent then potentially deadly you go to prison.

Legally you can say it but it is disrespectful because it is a slur against their race. When you walking around disrespecting grown men all day eventually you run into someone who willing to hurt you for doing so. White people by law have the freedom to say the word but it is seen as disrespectful to many people. So by law he can say it legally but not everyone is going to be happy about it and some just won’t tolerate disrespect in their face. Some people will hurt you if you disrespect them. Most won’t but some will. So yeah if you walk around all day disrespecting people there is a high chance you’ll run into some who will try and hurt you.

Even if it wasn’t the N word if he was walking around saying fuck your mom or something to people all day everyday he’d probably run into the same issue. He was warned by the law that this may happen. If he wanted to do this he should’ve done it behind a camera like the joker guy. At least that way he could hide behind the camera and be safe

They nailed the gunplay I wish there was a market/trade post but I could live without that. The biggest issue for me was level based matchmaking which is needed to some degree but this has too many brackets. Should’ve just been two 1 for new players and another for everyone else. It’s worst then SBMM and makes ques very long for normal games. I was able to endure for a bit but no of my friends enjoyed the Que times or the quality of the lobby. They just played apex since this game turned into SBMM anyways.

Which brings me to pain point two and the biggest reason I barely play and that’s no solo end game. All the best faction upgrade parts and loot are stuck to cryo which is weekend only and trios only. That means most of my week I’m in outpost dealing with rats or pvp for gear which isn’t fun either since my stash is always full.

See with market this wouldn’t be an issue I could liquidate my pvp gear and only keep top items. But even with a full stash I could still bring out gear and sell it for an actual appropriate price. Then buy gear with that money if I need.

But with endgame only on weekends and trios only, all my friends quitting bc of level based matchmaking. And no market so kill people in gear doesn’t feel great anymore I just move back to other games. Apex legends and dark and darker are my two most played games 3k hours on each. This was a mix of both I was excited

No solo end game in an extraction game was my first sign this games is doomed. No market/trade post means inventory Tetris every game. Most end game items for faction tied behind trio only mode. Level based match making for those who some how played through all the flaws get rewarded with 5+ minute que times.

I play a lot of extraction games my fav being a fansty one called dark and darker with over 3k hours but plenty in others too. I hit level 60 on marathon so decent time. I can tell you that the gun play and combat is one of the best of its genre. Yes daggers and shotguns started pretty brain dead OP but that’s been tuned.

But this game for the hassle does not have the rewarding feeling for grinding like others. All my die hard friends quit so I pretty much can’t play unless I want to endgame fill with randoms

Crazy this isn’t bannable. I hate when extraction games add crap like mercy kits so enemies can now even start reviving each other. Won’t be long until the most competitive settings are filled with teamers.

@RealMarkzy Self revive in a extraction game is diabolical. I wish this game had a market as well my fav extraction games have markets so when you PvP you can actually profit a lot and not playing tetras with your staff 24/7
