I've been telling you this about the Mississippi River and The Nile River for a long time. You just didn't want to listen because you are in DE Nile (Denial)
Quick-hit thoughts/notes around the Patriots and NFL (rarity of a Saturday start for '26 training camp; Gillette will be buzzing as crowds sometimes top 10k; Drake Maye's perspective; Rhamondre Stevenson primed for big year?; Mike Onwenu's incentives etc.) https://t.co/WrEU3VNPke
baking soda CHANGES how your immune cells behave. for $0.02/day.
no seriously. read that again.
scientists had people drink baking soda in water for two weeks. then checked what happened inside their bodies.
the cells that cause inflammation? went DOWN.
the cells that calm inflammation? went UP.
in the spleen. in the blood. in the kidneys. everywhere.
do you know what that means?
your immune system — the thing that’s supposed to PROTECT you — was attacking your own body. your joints. your gut. your skin.
baking soda told it to stop.
the researchers’ exact words? your spleen got the message: “it’s a hamburger. not an infection.”
exactly. your body thought everything was a threat. baking soda said relax. it’s just food.
(Ray et al., 2018 — Journal of Immunology)
arthritis. lupus. IBD. psoriasis. all caused by your own immune system fighting YOU.
your doctor prescribes drugs at $2,000/month. side effects? a whole page of them.
baking soda is in your kitchen right now. $0.02/day.
half a teaspoon. glass of water. empty stomach. morning.
your immune system isn’t broken. it just forgot who the enemy is.
this isn’t advice. it’s a published study. do what you want with it.

Social media is scratching its head after this Maine Democrat's answer to a simple question:
What qualifications do you have to serve in the U.S. Senate?
Candidate Ashley Webb answered: "I ran for office several times, didn't win... I'm a songwriter... and I write my own books."
The moment is now going viral, with conservatives mocking the response as Democrats battle to replace former nominee Graham Platner.
This mysterious inventor named Itzhak Bentov, whose ideas on consciousness were later used by the CIA’s Gateway Project, claimed that we do not “have” a soul; instead, the soul has us.
Bentov said everything vibrates, atoms, molecules, sound, light, even gravity, and reality is built from these vibrating patterns of harmony and disharmony.
He thought that for tiny moments, when vibrations cancel out to zero (a node), our reality “switches” into a higher, more refined state, briefly connecting us to a deeper level of existence.
His ideas became the scientific base for the U.S. Army/CIA Gateway Process report written by Lt. Col. Wayne McDonnell in 1983.
Bentov’s model suggested that the body and mind can be “tuned” like an instrument using meditation, biofeedback, hypnosis, or Kundalini yoga, leading to altered states, out-of-body experiences, and expanded awareness.
In his book “Stalking the Wild Pendulum,” he argued that consciousness is not created by the brain but is a fundamental part of the universe, like energy or matter.
He compared the brain to a radio: it doesn’t make the broadcast, it just tunes into an already existing field of consciousness around us.
Bentov claimed we don’t “have” a soul; instead, the soul has us: the soul is eternal, the body is temporary, like a car that the soul uses to gather experience over many lifetimes.
On the physical level, people look separate, but on higher levels, soul, higher self, spiritual level, our energies overlap more and more.
At the highest level, everything and everyone is connected everywhere at once; he said we are all slowly evolving toward a god-like, all-aware state, and the universe itself “wants” us to learn and become more conscious.
Bentov believed even atoms have a tiny bit of consciousness, and as life becomes more complex, awareness increases, though we still sense only a narrow band of reality.
