i’m going to start posting my meals / the workouts i do everyday / my steps to keep me accountable for now on but tomorrow is definitely a fasting day so probably not tomorrow
okay hi everyoneee i took a break because i was actually doing pretty good not losing but NOT gaining - i was not binging for like two weeks now today i sadly relapsed and i feel so shittyyyy
i decided to no longer go to the gym for my glutes which i don’t know if this will fully be a good idea because i have been happy with my results of a bigger butt heheh but i feel like ill never be able to get rid of this belly if i keep on worrying about keeping my butt ykkk
okay so my plan is two days a week are for gym - glutes so i don’t stress too much and every day i will do my abs at home and get steps in during school or going on walks anytime i can after school
okay so my plan for this week is to actually liquid fast the whole week which i mean 1-2 days of actual no calorie drinks such as water/tea/MAYBE coffee then smoothies for each of the meals the other days…
