マンガワンの堕天作戦作者起用問題
・『堕天作戦』作者山本章一こと栗田は、学校法人恭敬学園が運営する北海道芸術高校札幌サテライトキャンパスのイラスト漫画コース講師をしていた
・『堕天作戦』の漫画家として「漫画の裏話あるよ」と声をかけ、生徒である未成年の15歳に長期的に排泄物と食べさせる行為や動画や写真を撮られる性加害
・被害者は、重度のPTSDと解離性同一性障害を発症、自◯未遂、大学に通えなくなる
・2020年2月、栗田は児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法違反で逮捕

・『堕天作戦』休載
・逮捕からわずか数日後の2月、『堕天作戦』の公式Xアカウント「3月4日より連載を再開できることとなりました」とアナウンス

2021年5月、担当編集の成田は栗田と被害者が和解を協議していたLINEグループに参加し、連載再開の中止要求の撤回、そして「性加害について口外禁止」という3条件を盛り込んだ公正証書の作成を提案
・被害者は連載を望むなら公表を求め、示談は不成立

・2022年10月、マンガワンでほ『堕天作戦』は掲載を終了を発表
このとき、作者の栗田はXの公式アカウントで「現在も継続中の私的なトラブルによるもの」「小学館とマンガワン編集部には感謝している」とコメント
・2ヶ月後に別名義で『常人仮面』の原作として再開

・2026年2月20日、栗田は性的虐待を理由に1100万円の損害賠償を命じられる
・裁判中、栗田は常に笑みを浮かべたり声を上げて笑うこともあり、被告代理人や裁判官から注意を受けるほど反省の色なし
・「まあ、未成年相手だから世間や学校には申し訳ないなとは思うんですけど、彼女自身に対しては、特に思うことはありません」

・判決後もマンガワンは声明なし
・Xにて裁判のニュースポストに告発アカウントが、加害者は堕天作戦の作者であると公表
(ネット上で栗田=山本章一を公表していいか弁護士に相談し、弁護士が止めなかったLINEの内容＋裁判内容を含む告発ポスト)
その後別のアカウントが同投稿をして広まる

・『常人仮面』が4巻まで3/4まで無料公開期間だったが2/27午後には公開と出版を停止
・作画担当は事情を知らなかった
・炎上後に声明出すも不誠実で多数の漫画家がマンガワンの掲載取りやめ

・マンガワン内の別作品についても新たな事実を明らかになる
・漫画「星霜の心理士」の原作者は過去に性加害事件で有罪判決を受け、執行猶予期間を満了したアクタージュ原作者で別名義で再開していたと発表
・編集部で把握、作画もリスクを受け入れたうえで起用

・堕天作戦の作者栗田から被害をうけた女性
「初めて排泄物を食べさせられたりした日は胃を壊して一晩中吐き続けてしまったのですが、その時の全身が震えて勝手に涙が出るような記憶が蘇ってきて、何もできなくなってしまいます」
