@amazon Jackson MS delivery logistics are TERRIBLE. Multiple times packages show as arrived at ~4:00 AM on the day delivery is scheduled, yet never make it to the route until the next day, a day late! Then the package cycles back into “arrived” at Amazon facility the next day.

@AmazonHelp Nothing detrimental with any of the expected deliveries. The highlight here is how TERRIBLY bad the service is out of the Canton hub! Packages show received early AM, ready for delivery and then back to received … ? Never seen anything this bad with your other hubs! Seriously!
