@PaulGarvey4 We are a tutoring company. Schools had to use tutors or tutoring companies within the NTP scheme. We didn’t sign up to the NTP scheme because it was not fit for purpose and run for profit not for progress.

@MsGHist Like most teachers then. And most jobs. When I interview newbies and they say ‘I have a passion for teaching’ or some such twaddle my eyes have been known to roll. Started because it was either teaching or finance, stayed because I was V good at it, left because I had options.
