I really like the looks. Too bad it’s not both the “$25k” car for people AND a robo-taxi. It’ll easily be a decade before autonomous vehicles really catch on.
I appreciate the desire for full autonomy, but that’s way forward thinking and it would be better for the company to get these out as an affordable car for the masses.

I’d still like to know what the long term plans are for legacy Tesla owners?

A. Free hardware 4/5 upgrade, along with cameras and whatever else is needed for FSD.

B. Free transfer of FSD to a new model offered in perpetuity until actually rolled into a new model.

@niccruzpatane There’s a supercharger location in San Diego in a shared parking lot with Costco, IKEA and Home Depot. It’s a crazy busy lot and I’d wager the stalls get ICED all the time.

Agree 100%. My wife and I have talked about this at length.
The big difference here is most other CEOs are not so vocally in the spotlight making claims for one side or the other. When we bought our Ford Expedition back in 2004 we didn’t ask or know what the CEO’s stance was on anything.
Same when we bought our Tesla a little over 3 years ago. I believed in the company mission and Elon was pretty silent and non-partisan (if I remember right?). I still believe in the mission for sustainable energy. We love our ‘17 MX and we’d like to get new one in a couple years, but we’ll see how things go the next couple of years.

J.P. Morgan predicts that Viasat, a competitor of Starlink, could lose up to $80 million of revenue per year due to @SpaceX's new deal with United Airlines to equip its entire fleet of over 1,000 airplanes with Starlink internet service.

This is just the beginning for Starlink.

NEWS: Chinese battery maker and Tesla supplier CATL has unveiled a new battery specifically for electric buses. The company says it has an energy density of 175 Wh/kg, a service life of 15 years, and lasts 1.5 million kilometers (930,000 miles).

It also has IP69 waterproof rating, so the battery can handle being underwater for up to 72 hours.
