Meet EMS Summer school lecturer ✨Dr. Elena Tocci✨
Dr. Elena Tocci is a researcher at CNR-ITM in Rende (CS) since 2001. She is an expert in computational chemistry, and is currently the president of European Membrane Society EMS.

Elena has supervised numerous scientific research fellows, researchers, and PhD scholars. She has taken part in several projects funded by both the European Union, and the Ministry of Education and Research in Italy.

Bart Van der Bruggen is a professor at KU Leuven in Belgium, he leads a group of 25+ researchers in the research division “Process Engineering for Sustainable Systems” within the Department of Chemical Engineering.
