@StoolGreenie That to say, it doesn’t make basketball sense to trade him if you’re trying to win next year (for Giannis notwithstanding) unless he went to Brad and requested a trade or something changed and the relationship became irreparable in the weeks after the season ended.
@StoolGreenie With Jaylen having three years left though, why not just kick the can down the road a year? Even if you don’t want to extend him and think he just had the best year of his career, if the return isn’t requisite value it just doesn’t make much sense to trade him now
@Red_Aznabel@StoolGreenie He’s played 400+ fewer minutes on a shit team and is directly responsible for a scandal that lead to his team trading away their second and third best players, but go off.
@hutch_golf I’d need to see more data on that. Maybe the lining up the ball isn’t causing the increase in make rate but better putters tend to line up short putts more. Or maybe some players line up straight in putts but don’t for putts with significant break.
@ShaneRyanHere No, it’s kind of like if they did that to Steph Curry threes. I’m about to find out in a second where the ball lands you don’t need to take away the suspense
@aBlock0@KylePorterNS If you’re the 60th best at your sport it’s much much easier to win a major in golf. If you’re the best at your sport it’s much easier to win a major in tennis.
@JosephLaMagna@fried_egg_golf I totally get it, but Rose feels more like serious consideration to me. If he doesn’t really do anything the rest of the year that Masters finish will feel like a very long time ago by September
