What's happening with Facebook? Been down since late afternoon yesterday.

[Commentary Trump Daily Posts @TrumpDailyPosts]

🚨HUGE POLICY SHIFT: The Trump Administration just ordered ALL noncitizens applying for a green card to LEAVE the United States, even if they’re currently here legally.

No more staying in the country while your application sits in limbo. You must exit and wait outside until it’s approved.

Bret Baier called it an “enormous change,” noting it applies even to those with American spouses or children.

This puts an end to the old loopholes that let people game the system. America First means regaining control of our borders and immigration process. Long overdue!

Hahahahahahaha watch your asses all you baby-faced men. Diversity is coming!

Now to far-left Massachusetts, where the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates met this week to break down an ordinance aimed at further restricting ICE operations on Cape Cod.

One dude spoke up and said what countless others are thinking:

“I am not an uncompassionate individual. But my generosity has been abused, and I am sick of it! I am sick of being treated as an indentured servant to foreign nationals in my country and in my community. And I don't give a damn whose feelings that hurts.”

WATCH the meltdown that then goes on. Amplify this man's voice.

@ChrisPappasNH You know what's also a tax on working families? Fucking taxes asshole. And your party seems to jerk off endlessly about saddling NH with income and sales taxes just like your retard friends in all of the other blue states.

@JamesSpillaneNH So glad to know the gentleman from FL has a brain. Did he appear (amateur theatre, of course) in the Wizard of Oz as well?

@ClownParty0000 @SenatorShaheen Oh, this is getting so tiring .... follow the $$$, count the Benjamins. It's all you need to know.

@davec_NH Someone needs to remind the teacher(s) that those poorly-performing students are the same ones that they will looking to for their material support and governance in the future. Be careful what you wish for.

[Acyn @Acyn]

MacFarlane: There’s a lot of money being spent on reflecting pools, ballrooms, and a memorial arch. What do you make of that?

AOC: I think people can’t feed themselves. They’re having a hard time affording groceries. They’re having an even harder time, in a lot of ways, affording rent and mortgages. And why should this administration—and this president, who has openly said that he doesn’t care or think about the financial situations of everyday Americans at all—then try to take a billion dollars more out of our health care and put that toward a ballroom when people are already struggling?

It’s just deeply out of touch. I think it’s insulting to everyday people who are trying to get by on an honest day’s work.

@ClownParty0000 @Acyn How many homeless shelters is AOC supporting?

Doctors should never be offered financial incentives to put their patients on unnecessary and harmful medications.

How did that even exist for so long? Thank you @RobertKennedyJr for fixing this problem!

[Brenda Elliott ✝️ 📜 🇺🇸 🍊 @BEllio47]

@Lily4Liberty @RobertKennedyJr It may have something to do with all those all expenses paid excursions to far sunny islands to "learn" about the latest and greatest drugs pushed by pharmaceutical companies.

@MarioNawfal I'm stumped at how some of these shipping companies aren't losing their shirt on dumb decisions. The number of times I get a $2 part overnight for free packed in a box 50x it's size.

[Brenda Elliott ✝️ 📜 🇺🇸 🍊 @BEllio47]

@NHviking @MarioNawfal Not to mention that the recycling bin is overstuffed with deconstructed cardboard boxes leaving no room for plastic water bottles (and 3- and 4-gallon jugs) ... oh, and mountains of pizza boxes. So inconsiderate.

**New Hampshire: First in the Nation – and we proved it first.**

Granite Staters, we didn’t just talk about independence. We *acted* on it before any other colony.

Here’s the concrete history:

- **December 14-15, 1774**: Months before Lexington and Concord, patriots led by John Langdon and John Sullivan stormed Fort William and Mary (now Fort Constitution) in New Castle. They faced cannon and musket fire from the King’s soldiers, seized 100+ barrels of gunpowder, small arms, and cannons that later armed our militia at Bunker Hill. It was the first organized armed resistance against British authority in the colonies – the opening shots of the Revolution right here in Portsmouth Harbor.

- By mid-1775, we had driven out Royal Governor John Wentworth and the last British troops. No more royal rule.

- **January 5, 1776**: Six full months before the Declaration of Independence was signed in Philadelphia, New Hampshire’s Provincial Congress adopted our first state constitution. We created a government “derived from the free suffrage of the people” – not from royal prerogative or Parliament. We were the first of the 13 colonies to establish a fully independent government and write our own constitution.

That same fierce spirit of checking power is still baked into our state government today. We are the **only state in the entire nation** that still has an Executive Council sitting over the Governor. Five elected Councilors must approve appointments, pardons, major contracts, and expenditures – no governor acts alone.

This isn’t some modern invention. It’s a direct holdover from 1679, when King Charles II issued the royal commission that separated New Hampshire from Massachusetts and installed a President (later Governor) *and* a nine-man Council. The King put that structure in place specifically to keep the colony from rebelling and to force acceptance of his royal governor. Our ancestors turned that very mechanism into a permanent check on executive power – and we’ve kept it ever since as living proof that New Hampshire has never trusted unchecked authority, whether from a distant king or a statehouse governor.

We were first to separate from the Crown because we were already living the principle: power must be accountable to the people. That’s not ancient history – it’s how we still govern today.
