Dear @AnthropicAI and @claudeai team,
Our corporate organization was suddenly suspended with no explanation and no option to submit an appeal. We recently migrated from ChatGPT and now our entire team is blocked.

We have 3 separate organizations under the same domain — none exceeding the 150-user threshold — and over 200 total accounts. Payment was refunded, but access is completely cut off.
