Coaches if you are not playing Piggy Up Piggy Down at camp…add it to your list. Our kids love it & we love to see them diving on the floor for that loose ball.
When we drive and kick (or cut thru) we need to be able to relocate and become a threat as quickly as possible.
If you can be a threat immediately, you are difficult to guard.

We started doing random “perfection drills” to mix up the start of practices in order to focus players’ attention and create a “together” atmosphere.
🔸1 line on each wing
🔸10 makes on right side (player from other line gets it out of net, steps out of bounds, then passes to next player)
🔸then 10 makes on left side
