copy/paste from the-thoughts-of-t on discord:
please see the attached screenshot. i had this exchange with someone yesterday. i've been thinking about it since.
on one hand, we're doing our job. we are doing what we're supposed to be doing. we don't need acknowledgement or praise for doing what we SHOULD be doing. this is normal stuff.
on the other hand, it feels really good to hear this stuff. our team is absolutely amazing, the guys and gals here are incredible. i'd take them against anyone and not think twice.
this person's comments were thoughtful and considerate, i wanted to share. everyone at bfmr reading this, thank you for making this possible. it's bigger than any one of you, none of this can happen without the person next to you having your back. win as one, fail as one. great job, keep it up. never stop never stopping. you guys rock, fantastic job. keep going, forever.

from this AM...thanks team, i'll give it an honest go.
@traveler1279 hey steve - yea, all deals and items that are up on our site can be reserved/purchased/shipped to us. if you need a qty limit increase, learn how to request a one here: https://t.co/0nNPyd4yk1
damn - i'm sorry to hear. packages can be lost in transit, the retailers can send the incorrect models or qty, or they packages can be mis-delivered to another address. we dedicate an immense of effort and resources to hunt down every single unit.
thankfully bfmr insurance covers all of these situations. there is a $20,000 per package limit, no deductible, customizable coverage, and claims are paid out in hours. you can learn more here: https://t.co/FXVffGHCyb
message me on discord too, i'm going to figure something out with you to help out. appreciate your considering to come back.
@bigdinkel hey subway surfer - that's not something i would know how to answer, apologies. i'd recommend engaging with the community or doing some online research.
@Dftllpb appreciate your business, that's amazing! yea - i'm certainly hoping for a good resolution for you. please let me know if there is anything we can do to help.
@LordOfTheFlips no announcement to share atm. everything is on the table. we posted a poll and a lot of people asked for la. lakers/clippers/dodgers/angels/rams/chargers/kings/la high school football team suck! go boston.
@Erict6hu high. but our earner based is diversified. some people send hundreds of dollars a month. some send tens of millions. you're only competing with yourself! do the best you can, then you'll have no ragrets!
yes - i've discussed this topic at length in our discord. so initially, we welcomed the bots. they reserved and fulfilled their deals. we have a proprietary algorithm that takes things like fulfillment percentage into account to determine how many units someone is allowed to reserve. anyways, the bots were fine.
but then there was a similar sentiment of frustration from the community. since then, we've killed the reservation api end-point. we also have taken several steps and launched tools to thwart bot activity.
deals can sometimes fill up quick, i hear you. reservations often times open up sporadically. we are glad that we consistently (and magnified during busy times) have numerous deals in stock and on sale on the site though.
