@nnoggie I had similar freezes for around 3 weeks after 11.1.7 dropped. Found a fix that worked for me on a random Reddit post, in settings my tabbed out fps was not set to match my in game fps and when I put both sliders to match my in game fps, I haven’t frozen since. Hope it works.
