I also currently bank with Simplii financial and that account got frozen as well as they are owned by cibc. Anything other then these 2 banks as I will be switching next week!

I recommend everyone else to do the same, I have not dealt with any bank in such an unprofessional manner before. Next week I’ll be closing my 16 year old account I have had since I was a child. Anyways any recommendations ?

@CreamCityVapes I requested a refund beginning of Feb due to ship times(waited over a month) I was told it was canceled and refunded end of February,
Still nothing on statement and company said nothing has been submitted, If it isn’t done by end of week I will be filing a dispute with my CC
