Orthopedic surgery is like workshop or mechanic work. Very taxing. You have to be fit despite having the skill knowledge and experience. They take long 3-8hrs at times wearing a 7kg radiation lead gown. It's a handy job.
Most ortho surgeons are very fit🤗

This case had been referred in with a distal femoral replacement with 2x fracture non unions, a femoral nail above and plate failure RKCC 3
