Learn how to pronounce your students’ names correctly. Ask them to teach you, practise saying it, and keep checking. A name is identity and respect—getting it right helps students feel seen, valued, and welcome.”

When someone gets hurt on an expedition, you never leave them behind. Yesterday’s mission was all about teamwork — we worked together to build a makeshift stretcher and move as one. @CommandoJoes #teamwork
