Questions on Arizona Legislature Abortion Ban Repeal:

1) Can the Senate make any motions to bring a bill forward? Or why is only the House doing it?

2) Would a special session lift or change any rules to make it easier to bring a bill forward in either chamber?

60 days comes from the 15 days it takes for an appellate court to issue a mandate under ARCAP 24, plus the 45-day delayed enforcement agreement.
