As i recall from seeing it myself the rear wall of one of and maybe 2 of the businesses that occupy it was partially collapsed so DoD 8 EXP could be used to give the tornado a rating of low end EF3 (140mph)

I think it’s worth taking a look back into the strip mall at Oakland Drive and E Centre Avenue from the 05/07/24 Portage EF2
DoD 7 was used (uplift/collapse id entire roof structure)
Though as i recall from seeing it myself (im a portage resident) (1/2)
