@vfsglobalcare I had applied for a Japan visa at VFS Blr. Got a call at 2 today for passport pickup. Was told I can come at 3. Drive 45 mins, reached at 3, and find out that passports hadn't even reached the centre. Guards arguing with each other. The guy who called me picks up the phone at 3.15 and says "I'm sure you understand Blr traffic". Am told to wait for 30 minutes more. I left office, so couldn't wait that long and had to return without my passport. Please take necessary action to make your employees more professional and communicate appropriately. #VFSBlrJapanVisa #PoorExperience

I was assaulted on a BMTC bus near Rainbow Hospital, Marathahalli, Bengaluru last night by the conductor.
